My mom is celebrating her 62nd birthday today! I must say she looks fantastic for her age. We went to The Paris Bistro to celebrate and had such a fantastic time. It’s funny how cathartic laughing and bonding with others can be. I woke up feeling like crap today, was in a fog all day at work and my anxiety was all over the place. I really didn’t want to go to dinner because of how crappy I was feeling but I am SO glad that I did. I spent two hours laughing and joking with my dad, got to spend time with my sister and her amazing son and of course got to be with my best friend, my mom. The food and atmosphere was great too. Actually the cow brains left a little something to be desired but otherwise it was perfect. Good times!

Hey - Jake kind of liked the cow brains! ;) That was really fun. I was feeling super crappy too - nauseous, etc. but you all perked me right up! I am SO glad you came too!!
